Janet Ellis

Janet Ellis, Peaceful Living Coach, founder of In Her Peace Meditation, and Host of the Walk Gently ~ Live Beautifully Podcast. Janet is passionate about helping women discover their peaceful potential. Helping them gain clarity around their desires, Janet moves them beyond fear and confusion, into a place of calm peaceful confidence, enhanced creativity, and personal freedom.

For over 20 years, Janet has served women from diverse paths in life, from artists and teachers to executives and engineers. Today, Janet facilitates meditation in a variety of settings, including virtual, in person, private, and through her Peaceful Living Membership program and her recorded meditation library.

In addition to facilitating meditation classes, Janet supports a limited clientele each year in her private practice. Customized coaching sessions utilize a variety of assessment tools, creative projects, mind mapping, visioning, guided meditation, and movement to help clients discover their gifts, identify their desires, and develop a peaceful plan of action to reach them. Our mind body connection is not a myth, it is very real, but it takes time, attention, and intention to realize the incredible benefits. That is why I wrote and recorded this meditation for you.

 

Set your intention before you settle in to listen, then let it go, and trust that as you allow yourself to be guided into a deep sense of relaxation. Your innate wisdom will begin to connect with your conscious self so that you know what steps to take, and what will build your awareness. You will begin to recognize the gifts and opportunities that are always coming your way. Listen often to ever expand and benefit from your connection to your inner wisdom.

Inspired Awareness through Meditation and Journaling

“Inside us is everything.” Monica Bellucci. Inside each of us is everything we need to be, to have, and to do anything we could possibly imagine according to our heart’s desire. Spending time every day with ourselves meditating and journaling before the world grabs our attention helps us to imagine our lives as we want to see them, strengthens our resolve to develop a plan, and boosts our confidence in taking the next right steps toward realizing our goals.

Peaceful Action: Place a journal and pen at your bedside before you retire for the evening. In the morning, just as you begin to awaken with your eyes still closed…take a few moments to lay there, breathing in….and breathing out. Allow yourself to imagine your perfect day. As you get to the end of your day, notice how you feel. Now breath in again…and breathe out…and when you are ready, open your eyes and journal your experience. You can now start your day out with a peaceful confidence that things are going to go your way.
